Breanna Woods is a Registered Dietitian with over 5 years of clinical experience and a Master's Degree in Food and Nutrition. She co-developed, tested, and approved the 90 Day Journey Meal Plan to ensure that the nutrition was sustainable, effective, and of course, delicious!
Because she's worked with all types of patients, Breanna truly understands the complicated relationships people have with food. Publicly, she works to combat the spread of nutrition misinformation everyday. Privately, she coaches her patients on how to reverse the mental and physical damage caused by unrealistic expectations set by diet culture.
